Paolo Pironi is a Long Island-based community leader, public servant, and award-winning professional with a strong record of leadership across civic, industry, and charitable organizations. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Nassau County Open Space and Parks Advisory Committee, where he works to preserve open space and enhance public resources for residents across Nassau County.
Pironi is actively involved at the national level with the National Association of Home Builders, where he serves as an educator for land development courses and is a member of both the Land Development Committee and the Single Family Home Builder Committee. He previously served as 2nd Vice President of the Long Island Builders Institute, supporting industry collaboration and mentoring young professionals.
His professional achievements have earned him several notable recognitions, including Young Professional of the Year from the National Association of Home Builders (2023), Best Home Builder from the Long Island Herald Long Island Choice Awards (2024), 40 Under 40 Honoree by Long Island Business News (2024), and the Young Guns and Legends Award from Pro Builder Magazine (2025).
Pironi is a member of the Oyster Bay–East Norwich Chamber of Commerce, the Oyster Bay Main Street Association, and the Knights of Columbus of Oyster Bay. Professionally, Pironi is the owner of Pironi Homes, where he oversees residential construction and renovation projects across Long Island. He holds a degree in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to development, infrastructure, and community planning.
